I deleted the app — can I recover my data?

Unfortunately, no. Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app permanently removes all fasting history and settings.

Is there a subscription or in-app purchase?

ArcFast is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no ads, no hidden fees.
